Our Story

Zcomm Wireless first opened its doors in 1989, as In Touch Concepts Inc., with its first store in Oceanside, NY. On December 4th, 1998, two partners came together with a vision and all the ingredients of a successful business model. The second Zcomm store opened for business on Broadway, in the town of Hewlett on Long Island. 19 years later there are over 120 stores across North America. When Alexandra Bershtein and Victor Singh joined hands to lay the foundation of Zcomm Wireless, There was no looking back. With fast expansion plans already on the way, Zcomm Wireless, in partnership with Verizon Wireless, rapidly expanded into other cities and states.

Currently Zcomm can be found in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, Virginia and the greater New England area. From the latest phones or price plans, our passionate sales representatives strive not only to satisfy a customer, but also delight them with our products and customer service levels. Today, Zcomm Wireless continues to expand, establishing its name as the most recognized and respected brand among Verizon Wireless authorized agents in every market they enter. With over 120 stores, we are committed to selling top quality merchandise in our stores for customers to keep coming back to us.
